Ingredients: 2 Mangos, Peeled & Chopped ½ Capsicum (Bell Pepper), Chopped ½ Cup Red (Purple) Cabbage, Chopped ¼ Purple Onion, Chopped 4 Green Onions, Chopped ½ Cup Cilantro, Chopped 1 Cup Kale, Finely Chopped 1 Cup Tomatoes, Finely Chopped 1 15 oz. Can Kidney Beans, Rinsed 1 Lime Directions: Wash and chop all produce. Rinse beans until all the bubbles (gas causing agents) are gone. Combine all ingredients in large bowl and mix well.
