This Skin Nourishing Sweet and Sour Mango Salad recipe has absolutely everything you need to get your skin looking radiant in no time, plus it’s absolutely delicious!  As an added bonus there’s no heat required to make this recipe. Makes 4 to 6 servings dependent on size of produce items.   Ingredients: 2                                              Mangos, Peeled & Chopped ½                                            Capsicum (Bell Pepper), Chopped ½             Cup                       Red (Purple) Cabbage, Chopped ¼                                           Purple Onion, Chopped 4                                             Green Onions, Chopped ½            Cup                       Cilantro, Chopped 1              Cup                        Kale, Finely Chopped 1              Cup                        Tomatoes, Finely Chopped 1              15 oz. Can            Kidney Beans, Rinsed 1                                             Lime   Directions: Wash and chop all produce. Rinse beans until all the bubbles (gas causing agents) are gone. Combine all ingredients in large bowl and mix well. Squeeze lime juice all over salad.
